POLICIES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING


POLICIES

  • A $15 deposit is due within 24 hours of booking no deposit=no appointment. 


  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.


  • You must send at least a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment.


  • Arrive to your appointment with a clean face free of makeup/mascara.


  • Failure to come with clean lashes will result in a $15 lash bath that will be applied to your appointment.


  • No extra guests please.


  • A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. After 15 minutesthe appointment is canceled.


  • No same day appointments.


  • If you are experiencing symptoms of any kind or have been in contact with anyone sick or positive for COVID-19 please refrain from booking.


  • Masks are not required but if it makes you comfortable please feel free to wear one.


  • I NO LONGER OFFER OUTSIDE FILLS. Due to it being very difficult to work over the top of other artists work. If you still would like to receive a service by me feel free to book a removal and fullset.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service that was booked.


  • NO call NO shows will be charged 75% of the missed service.


  • Same day cancellations and NO call NO shows result in a FORFEIT of your deposit.



DAY OF APPOINTMENT

  • Please arrive with squeaky clean lashes! No makeup, mascara, eyeliner, or eyelash glue. This will ensure your lashes last as long as they are supposed to.


  • Try to stay away from caffeine as this may cause fluttering of the eyes.


  • Failure to come with clean lashes will result in a $15 lash bath that will be applied to your appointment.


  • Unclean lashes result in your lashes not lasting as long as they should.


  • Please plan your time accordingly, I will not rush! 




AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please avoid getting your lashes wet for at least 24 hours (Avoid excessive sweating saunas swimming).


  • DO NOT use mascara on your lash extensions.


  • Do not pick or pull at your lashes as the oils from your fingers will eventually break down the glue and cause early shedding and damage to your natural lashes.


  • Last but not least, CLEAN YOUR LASHES! (ask how at your appointment) 


  • After 48 hours it is up to you to keep your lashes looking beautiful.



REFILLS

  • Refills should be done every 2-3 weeks.


  • Please schedule fills in advance to avoid not being able to get in in time.


  • 40-50% of lashes must be remaining for a fill.


  • Please pay attention to how much you have shed and be honest. If you can count how many lashes you have that is considered a full set not a fill. Please be very mindful when booking fills.


  • 48 hours after the service it is up to to keep your lashes taken care of and properly cleaned.



PAYMENT OPTIONS

A $15 deposit is required for booking all services.
